Chris Johnston manages our diminished value claims law practice. Mr. Johnston has over twenty-five years of legal experience, primarily in the area of personal injury. Over the years, Mr. Johnston saw, time and again, people who had their cars damaged in a crash and then repaired, only to be told, incorrectly, by insurance companies that they “don’t have a diminished value claim”. Frustrated with the lack of candor from insurance carriers, Mr. Johnston began the diminished value claims practice area at Johnston Martineau, pllc.

Chris Martineau is an experienced trial attorney with over two decades of experience. Mr. Martineau has handled all manner of cases during his career, ranging from those in small claims court up to catastrophic injury and death. In addition to his injury practice, Mr. Martineau is an experienced diminished value attorney who holds licensure in multiple states around the country. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Martineau worked in the property claims department of a major insurance carrier.
